It all started when Lucy purchased a 24' San Juan sailboat for Rob's birthday. They cut their teeth sailing on Lake Dillon and slowly expanded their sailing horizions to include to Florida, Mexico, Scotland, and Greece. 

 

Not all of it was mutually enjoyable and after much discussion about their dreams they decided to sell everything they owned (including a log home construcion business Rob owned & operated) to start sailing full time.

 

This blog is a way for us to share our experiences with YOU! 

 

It is named "Lemonade Winds" because we recognize that life--wherever it is--is both sweet and sour. So we pledge that what you read here will not be all sunshine and dolphins. Instead it will be filled with both our perspectives and include the good, the bad, and the beautiful.
